Pros

Taylor operates primarily as an employment agency to the Navy. You are tasked by your government leadership, and accountable to your government team. It is easy to make the government happy by doing the work they want to avoid. Management maintains a holistic outlook, and never expects employees to sacrifice family or health for the company.

Cons

If Taylor loses a contract, or you have an overbearing government customer, you might request a new position. Taylor is very accommodating for valued employees. To reach the top, you must acquire new business, which can require extensive networking. Defense contractor salaries are now capped by "tripwire" rules.
