Simple. No pressure. Great matching 401k and the owner is an amazing people who cares about his people.

Cons

Easy to fall into a rut. Not much aircraft time so if you’re an aircraft person, you’ll find yourself quite bored staring at labels cable harnesses. Glass ceiling is very low. Micromanaging is awful.
