Work/Life balance is wonderful, great people to work with and for. Great benefits and morale boosting activities.

Cons

If you are on contract you are at the mercy of the government and JFTI does not control that. Due to that it is best to have your degree now.

Pros

HR and management are some of the most competent and capable people in the industry. The work is interesting. Laid back atmosphere if you work on-site with client. Management is accommodating, yet stern when needed to be. Benefits and pay are top notch for area. Extras like company parties make you feel like a real family. This truly is a family business. Flexible work/life balance. Truly a meritocratic business. Fiscally responsible and stable with contracts.

Cons

None really. The location is clustered around Southern MD, so that could be better, but that is not their fault. Southern MD's laidback atmosphere is fitting, though.
