Company benefits and salary are not bad. Workload is not too heavy but really depends on business line

Numerous acquisitions of external firms, of which management has no understanding

Thank you for your review, transparency is important to J.S. Held. With this in mind, there is information regarding strategic initiatives and other plans not only to grow the business but to improve the employee journey. Our CEO John Held hosts monthly town halls, our COO hosts monthly manager forums, and there is a weekly company news distribution. Engagement is the key. Staying engaged means team members are informed of all we are doing.

Some jobs are remote and some benefits are ok

Cons

Severe lack of leadership. There are no set goals. The company is austere in many areas, there is really no good work environment and teamwork. the company does not motivate you, there are no incentives, the salaries and benefits are very average.
