I found the staff in all departments very helpful during my time with the company, and I gained a variety of experience through the course of my employment. The company employs a very structured and disciplined approach to all areas of the business, with tasks and procedures well documented, supported by very competent staff.

Cons

The only regret I have, was the limited time I was with the company, having to leave, due to company restructuring, as a result of future perceived market share reduction in overall business sales.

Strong ethics followed. JCB supports people in their tough times Sense of urgency Strong and supportive leadership team Good HR team, very supportive and people focus. Design center work atmosphere is very motivating

Cons

Work timing needs to be shorten Salary till Manager grades needs to be improved Location is far from Pune. Weekly shift rotation (morning shift and second shift)
