      Some good personel, good starting point for some

      Cons

      Bad management, bullying and power strip attitude with some departments. No progression. Management lie alot, Fear of making a decision, so things get left.... not a family friendly company! Higher management attitude is if you dont like it, you know where the door is!

      Fixed holiday, sickness policy the new wrong doing of the company erasing employees from being sick as they need to work,you are called into meetings if late 1 minute, too old fashioned and not a great place to work for, workload is unreal, you will work for 4/5 people, high turnover of staff, a lot of people feeling too important to help ! It has been the worst place I’ve worked. 67% staff turnover says all!

      Salary is bearable, it is the fellow team members that make it worthwhile.

      Cons

      Numbers driven from senior management down. Only interested in KPI's and not getting the product repaired and running. Managers are not interested in the personal issues that people go through from time to time. No-one is viewed as a person, only a number..... This is why staff are leaving . If I could give JCB a lower rating for the way you get treated I would do so.
