Pros

Salary, good managerial bonus scheme.

Cons

No flexibility! Clocking on and off, fixed holidays, old fashioned. Slightest hint of a down turn and they make 50% of staff redundant. I survived 9 years

Pros

Great Pay Good staff Low priced gym

Cons

Poor Management - focused on own rewards and targets Old Fashioned Not focused enough on customer service - only what is necessary for JCB to meet monthly targets Do not follow their own company aims - lip service only No flexibility on remote working - CEO doesn't trust staff Claim to focus on quality, until pointless targets need to be met
