They pay well but your shelf life will be limited.

Cons

Like working in the 70s. Beautiful façade and just ugly behind the scenes. Bullying is the culture although they dress it up as "achieving results".

Pros

Great engagement from the leadership team, they are really going out of there way to make it a good place to work. A real focus on metal health training and awareness, lots of focus on diversity especially getting women on to the shop floor and in the leadership team

Cons

They are in transition from the old school way of doing things to really pushing boundaries, this will take a few years but what a difference in one year

Old school clocking scheme snd not hybrid working … on teams all day but in the office can’t see why this can be done at home
