Chances to meet some talented people/global footprint/can be generous with pay if you are lucky

Cons

No boundary for responsibilities between different roles. Blame culture, high pressure, fast pace. Employees were not valued, hard work wasn't recognised or rewarded. Not a happy place to work or develop career. When they say fast moving, agile, reactive, they mean no planning, knee-jerk, last minute.com.
