Run away from this company as soon as you can! They say the right things but massively fall short of every promise.

There are no pros to this company anymore, I would have said the people but all the good ones have had the sence to leave asap.
Cons
Management have no clue how to run a company or treat their employees, they are literally lining theirs and their friends pockets and driving the company into the dirt. They dont know how to run their departments but have massive over inflated egos of themselves that are completely unjustified. They fix reports to pretend that they are doing well when infact its the opposite. If only the board members actually know whats happening!!!!! Breeding a culture of fear in the employees is now a common practice and HR has been brought in to ignore the employees and report back to managemnt so they can work out how to punish you. i cant stress it enough Avoid, Avoid, AVOID!!!!!! unless you enjoy taking companies to task then join and take them to the cleaners as you will have a field day.
