The people... until they’ve been there more than a year and become jaded

Cons

We’re tasked with revenue growth while at the same time they’re cutting back on expenses. I can’t even get a coffee mug to give to a client.

Cons

Massive turnover isn't being addressed. Restructuring time and again the last few years is driving away good talent. Excessive investment in grass roots IT is a failure. Employees no longer believe in the products being delivered.

Good benefits, flexibility to work from home. Decent pay.

Cons

Not sure where to begin. This place lacks culture or energy. The Troy office is very drab and is not conducive to any socialization. Everyone just hides in their cube. Upper management is pretty clueless. There are people that have been employed here for like almost a year and have never done any work. Just sitting and watching YouTube all day. If you are used to any type of innovation or technology at your former job, you will die from lack of creativity here. No one understand websites or social media and their role in the customer experience. Really missing a huge opportunity here.
