Company Car, they allow you use their company car.

Cons

Long hours; favor Japanese employee, discriminate others. Management is the King, you have to obey what they say, and NO objection, if you can do it you will be fine.

-This company is a good start if you are looking for a career in Sales and Food Industry -Benefit and Health Insurance are better than average companies -Get a lot of Samples from Vendors -You can learn about Asian Food Distribution and Asian Restaurant (mostly Japanese), while you are doing outside sales activity.

- Glass ceiling, You can see at other reviews. - Not much motivation, Not much potential for your career growth - Sales is not easy, depending on which region with your specialization (either Grocery or Restaurant) -
