Pros

Big annual bonus Good benefits Once you are hired, they don't easily fire you - You just show them you are trying and keep saying sorry for not meeting the monthly target. They will push you harder but just dont listen to them and do what you need to do. Although your performance is poor they wont fire you.

Cons

Training is not provided; you are own your own No incentives Treated as a tool to meet their sales target. Lot of harassment if you don`t perform well. They do not care about your personal growth and future.

if you are oriental, this company is nice company. very good benefits. really well established among the competitors, so it was very easy to sell.

Cons

Company really has very strong Japanese influence, sometimes very wired, but sometimes, very American, so you will be confused that. Poor management.
