Pros

The only good thing from JFC was there benefits. If you get an injury or a family member gets an injury, health benefits covers most or all of the bill.

Cons

Poor management, lack of guidance, no training, set up to fail, etc. The working environment was not good. Although teamwork was always encouraged, only half of the people were on board.

Pros

Big bonus and good benefit.

Cons

Supper strong hierarchy and top-down management. Management is not working, and useless managers are destroying the employees.

Pros

Any great job opportunity always requires at least a few years of experience. But you don't have any. In which case, JFC International is a perfect place to start your career. Just remember, the first job is always not great. Hung in there for a couple of years (even a few months) and get out.

Cons

Cheap salary. Not great people. Currently cutting company welfare which could be only a Pros for working in Japanese companies.
