The Post Falls plant is way different than the rest of the company. It’s seasonal, management is terrible, and part of dispatch is incompetent yet protected. Management doesn’t care, they rarely come out of the office, they know what’s wrong but won’t fix anything. High turnover because of it.

You only get loads if ur part of the in crowd. And if ur not then you get short hrs while the rest brag about already being in overtime. Lower management pretty much does what they want. And have the run of the place. The in crowd gets away with whatever they want. Oh and you better not say anything. You really won’t get any hrs.
