Toxic!!

Pros

What pros?! Only thing that's worth it is maybe the flight benefits. That's about it.

Cons

The moment I got this job I could sense the toxicity. Management here does NOT care. If you have an issue with someone or something, it will only be addressed until it reaches the boiling point, if it gets addressed at all. The main trainer was a manipulating gossip queen and would use anything she could against you to make you look bad. Otherwise she would gossip to everyone about your personal information you share with her. The whole team was scared to say anything against her in fear she would make their life hell. People have quite or gotten fired bc of her. I would NEVER in my life suggest this job for anyone. Upper management gave everyone $150 for a end of the year bonus for the company and they taxed it. If you ever ask for anything, their response is always, "we're working on it" but nothing would change. If you know your worth don't expect this job to recognize it bc their employees are replaceable to them. If you do work here, use it to get the aviation experience and then get out asap! This job has a life expectancy of 6 months unless you're a two faced toxic back stabber, then this job is for you and you will thrive!

Incompetent management

Pros

To be very honest, none.

Cons

Flight benefits don’t kick in for 90+ days Incompetent management led by the blind and uneducated in all aviation facets which refuse to be told when they’re wrong! Supervisors have their “favorites” in which they can do no wrong. They’re the laziest and dumbest employees of all. Communication is non-existent! HR is a new position within the company at specific locations due to occurrences caused by upper management but is only a show of force by company officials to make look like their enforcing policy and procedures. NEWS FLASH: They’re “Backstabbers” Employees have their favs. Basically if you don’t fit in, then forget it. You can be nice and friendly but if you aren’t liked, forget it. You can be active working and they’ll sit around and watch you work. You can take initiative but them? Help you? Forget it! You can show up on time, never call in sick and it won’t matter. One person lies about you, or makes up some false story about you or related to you, HR will find a way to label you as a problem. Guaranteed!! Finally, no real pay. Industry standards are averaging $20 an hour starting and top out at $33+ everywhere. Not here. High dollar clientele but don’t expect that to reflect in your check. Overall, this company is a joke ran by clowns and handled by children. If you talk to these workers in a straight forward manner, they’ll tell on you. If you talk to them in a child like manner (which they are), they’ll tell on you. No win situation.
