It's time for the Link boys to get out, especially Troy. He certainly knows the business as this is all he has ever done, but the company had outgrown him. He has surrounded himself either with yes men or in some cases, like the GC, individuals with no tack or the skills to be in leadership roles. The executive leadership team is a joke. The decisions they make are Troy's decisions. There ought to be a house cleaning and they all need to go and be replaced with truly professional business people who know what they are doing. Maybe even some women and diverse leaders. With the current leadership team, women and diverse professionals would be figure heads and would get beat up! Actually, a lot of rotten managers that will not make decisions.

You'll fight the same battles over and over. HR is starting up initiatives that were started and failed multiple times over the last few years, they don't know that though, none of them were there! Sr leadership will poor on high priority projects, you'll get it half baked then it won't matter anymore as it's getting replaced with a new top priority. You end up with a bunch of broken systems that require manual work arounds and patch work to keep them afloat. Blindside terminations, that is you'll never get warned or talked to if you're doing something wrong, you'll just show up one day to find your boss in your office firing you.
