Pros

They have a cool brand, are in a solid on-trend category, have some good people, and offer a casual office environment downtown.

Cons

There is no accountability or process. Teams do not communicate within their functional areas, much less across functions. Mid-level leadership has no idea what senior leaders want so they don't effectively guide their teams. CEO gives direction that is off strategy and plan, creating constant churn, work, and swirl. Everyone is afraid of him and he is in over his head. He rules by fear and yells at his employees and drops f-bombs. There is no empowerment whatsoever and they don't live their values. There is no career planning and zero performance feedback. People disappear daily with no explanation.

Cons

The company is primarily straight white conservative men. Uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe working conditions for women, people of color and anyone in the LGBT+ community. Very poor benefits package. No remote work options. Heavy work loads and long working hours expected. No career ladders or promotion timelines. Leadership is inexperienced and only out for themselves. I would not recommend working here.

A few nice coworkers. Free jerky. Nice office

Cons

People are fired all the time. If Troy doesn’t like you, you’re gone. If you have a different opinion than Troy, you’re gone. Constant new leadership because they all end up fired. It’s exhausting. Troy hires his friends and they are not qualified for their roles. Im not sure how the company is still going with constant turnover.
