1. People, especially leadership but there are special people all the way down. 2. Technology is top notch, and our customers really love & depend on us. It creates all the right dynamics for enjoying your work.

Pros

Hard to know where to start. iHeartJane has the rare combo of an amazing (seriously amazing) product, smart and down-to-earth leadership, and a company culture that strives to be inclusive, honest, and to act with integrity. There's an emphasis on honing your skills as an individual through collaborative teamwork - no question is silly, no idea unwelcome. Jane does a fantastic job of being a supportive, fun place to work while also always striving to be better than we were the day before. It's unlike any sales role I've ever had.

Cons

No real cons to speak of. Things are fast-paced, but that's not necessarily a negative. I'm excited to come to work every day.

Working at the crossroads of purpose and capability

Pros

When I started at Jane, I was fresh out of college and carrying all the anxious baggage that came with entering the workforce. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that I could not have asked for a better place to work. Every day I come to work it feels like I'm working on a project with my best friends. Once you step foot into the Jane office, there is a tangible sense that we truly care about what is being built here.

Cons

The downside to being so invested in Jane's vision, however, is that it makes it hard to step away at times. I find it hard to leave the office at a reasonable time some days, which can lead to burnout if left unchecked. There always seems to be "just one more thing" to take care of, but it's a bit of an uphill climb.
