This isn't really a con as far as I'm concerned, but we're a small shop early in the game, so resources are a little tighter than they would be at a larger, more established company.
That's not necessarily a bad thing, we park for free and the chairs are actually really nice, but nobody here joined the team because of the chairs or parking. We're all here because we're really into what we're doing, we're super stoked to be on this team, and we'd rather brown-bag it here than get lunch catered anywhere else.
Also, we're young and growing and we don't use more process than we need. Again, this is not necessarily a con. For folks looking for an older, more established culture with lots of mature, structured processes in place, it can be. If you like the idea of lightweight processes, and you're excited about establishing process when and where it's needed, it's not.
