Pros

Team is great at focusing on the vision and ignoring the noise of a noisy industry. In just 12 months we've added a ton of distance vs. the competition, and built technology that will revolutionize the industry in 2019 and beyond.

Cons

Remote work: not really a con for me, but could be for some. It helps to have major internal fire & motivation.

Pros

For the first time in my career I am selling a product that truly benefits all parties involved. Not only do I love the product we sell, we have one of the most productive and agile dev teams I have ever seen. The culture here is hard to describe as we are a tribe. We trust each other to get the job done and everyone does. Humility, resilience, creativity, effort and success are the words that best describe our team. It's about being a part of something bigger than yourself. Changing the way people access a healing plant will help to improve our society. Not a lot of software companies out there are changing the way people feel. This is such an incredibly special group.

Cons

Small team, big industry. We will scale to match.
