Pros

Joining the Jane team has met far beyond my expectations. It has only been a few months and I have been so supported my team and everyone else at Jane down to learning important tasks within my role and opening my mind to so much more. Everyone at Jane is truly one of a kind. We are all hard working great minds and it's amazing how much we are a true family and reach so many company goals as one. I truly feel this is where my career will expand for the greater. Blessed to be here.

Jane has one of the most special professional cultures out there. Not only are we helping shape an entirely new industry through safe access to cannabis online, but we are also protecting it and trying to redefine how people treat each other in business. Sales at Jane is an intense career path that requires high-caliber work and the ability to stay flexible. There is plenty of room to fail forward and grow. The support here is unmatched if you are doing the work and taking initiative. If you are driven to build and take on challenges beyond yourself, Sales at Jane is a perfect role for you. I have never grown so much at a company, and only have my Team and Jane to thank 💛 Truly test your limits and trust that the Team is there for you.

Pros

Salary offer was higher than I expected - I felt valued from the second I was hired Emphasis on community & work-life balance (they walk the walk and talk the talk) Meaningful work & lack of micromanaging LOTS of visibility from leadership RE: company goals, revenue, etc., leadership is super approachable and available in general

Cons

The company as it is now is not the most diverse. I know it's something that's been acknowledged and they are definitely taking actionable steps to be more inclusive and diversify. The internal culture is very inclusive already; it's just a matter of hiring more people from different backgrounds. I could see some people maybe feeling wary about working at a kind-of-startup, but I feel very comfortable given how open communication is and how strong the company's plan for growth is.
