Dysfunctional management and multiple layoffs continue to cause excessive turnover

Pros

Though it used to be better, the culture is decent. The company provides some fresh fruit, snacks, and allows alcohol in the office.

Cons

Coffee was recently downgraded to low quality beans to cut a few thousand dollars from the books; management repeatedly makes promises that are never fulfilled; projects and teams change often; a large number of employees leave every month and the company is mostly unable to attract new talent.

Pros

-Food/Snacks -Flexible Schedule -Updated Equipment -Great Company to Learn

Cons

-No real leadership. -Management has no real direction. -They make you think that your opinion or thoughts matter, but they don't. -The managers were just that, managers, NOT leaders. -The morale was so low, you never knew if you were going to get fired. You always felt like you were walking on egg shells. -The company had no real clear direction. -If you ever did something wrong, there was no formal meeting, you just got fired. -VP's are constantly fighting for the power. The turnover is insane.
