Struggling organization that continues to sit idle/ sliding while trying to find its core business + identity.

Pros

Snack bar, Bagel Friday. Unfortunately, there is nothing more to be said. This organizations window to succeed is closing quickly.

Cons

Zero accountability management, there was zero on-boarding, zero training knowledge and documentation, an environment of "fake it until you make it", high turnover, office politics. Quite frankly this is not an environment where you're able to advance yourself and complete your personal + career goals.

Pros

very intelligent hard working people that where happy to share knowledge flexible work schedule fast paced environment

Cons

upper management plans seemed reactionary, instead of carefully cultivated to create the best chance of success for the company. management micromanaged projects priority of features changed often, which was unfair to those whose task it was to implement them. Most people are underpaid for the spectacular work they do.

Pros

Sales been on an upswing for last year and continues to improve Stronger leadership last couple years than my first year Great people, smart-collaborative Company cares about your career You work hard but company fair on flexibility, remote etc Company hiring stronger people and we're a stronger team for it Plan on staying a while

Cons

There's still a few disgruntled people from the old days. Suspect some of the negative I've seen is people upset the company hires more senior these days. The disgruntled ones can be a bummer to the majority of employees that are all headed in the right direction While majority of leadership team is strong there's a few that need to be addressed but by and large decent leadership team Resource challenged at times -not uncommon for company this size
