Lots of interesting technical and market challenges. Very smart and capable technical staff. Willingness to try new approaches, among some of the technical staff, at least.

Poor internal communication Lack of understanding of what an engineering culture needs to be to make it a healthy environment Too much technical debt that's not being addressed effectively

Pros

Good products and very friendly people. Flexible working hours.

Cons

You have the illusion to have the right to voice your opinion or have employee rights but it is just an illusion. Lack of training and assistance. Too much time is spent at meetings and planning instead of actually doing. The company cares only about revenue. The executive team is not professional but too political. Sales don't understand the product.
