      There is nothing positive about working for January.

      Cons

      - The atmosphere is cold, unwelcoming, and full of tension. - Office politics dominate and create constant conflict. - Those in charge spread negativity and encourage hostile behavior. - Verbal abuse and disrespect are frequent, making daily tasks exhausting and discouraging. - Every day feels like navigating a minefield with no support or relief.

      Pros

      Great Mission Can look good externally. Amazing coworkers/engineers end up here but leave soon.

      Cons

      Terrible workplace culture. the current C level suite, the ones who haven't left that is, (CTO and then CEO) lack empathy and are not honest. Not a single founding member beside the CEO is left. There is no board for regulation, so best bet is to become friends with them, as they hire and promote those all the time. I would still get everything in writing.
