      Pros

      The new CTO is knowledgeable, reasonable, and passionate about the work that January is doing. Engineers enjoy working for him. And he has led the company in new AI directions, So lots of fun work to do. New leaders in product and business development are also highly competent. Excellent press, partnerships, and user growth. So a good time to be at the company.

      As always, it's a startup. So more hat changes than is typical at a big tech company.

      Pros

      technical work is very excitement and deeper than most other 'product-engineering' roles (depends on your role). people are smart, challenge each other. There is also a strong sense of ownership and user empathy.
