      I'm exposed to interesting clients and people.

      Cons

      The insanely high employee turnover rate here at January has been really concerning. We attribute majority of the people leaving to the problematic leadership. Our leaders are unsupportive and refuse to communicate properly. They waste a lot of talented employees by being incompetent and lazy.

      Good Idea, But Constant Product Changes Made It Frustrating

      The mission around financial technology and helping users manage debt is meaningful.

      Cons

      It didn't take long to notice how often product direction changed. Features would get started, partially built, and then suddenly deprioritized. That meant going back and reworking things that already took time to build. Instead of improving the product step by step, it felt like jumping from one idea to the next. That kind of stop-and-go development made it hard to feel like anything was actually getting finished. After a while, it just felt like effort was being wasted more than anything.

      Interesting industry with new technologies and equipment.

      Cons

      Employee turnover is shockingly high. Leadership is completely clueless about managing people or guiding teams. Mistakes pile up constantly, yet employees are blamed for poor decisions and incompetence at the top. The work culture pushes everyone to the breaking point and ensures burnout is inevitable.
