Great for a company that you have family in! If you are a great Salesman! Good PTO!

Cons

Qualfications take back seat to likability. Promotions, Evaluations, etc all done by asme board members. Lost a lot of contracts. Quality assurance is more important than Technical sound products.

Flexible work arrangements, professional, good health insurance options and benefits, laid-back and non-micromanager style.

Cons

No bonuses other than the one you get when you start, "energy award". No upward growth. Salary is NOT competitive and can use this company to move to a better paying position. Standard salary increase is extremely low or non-existent (even for high producers/valued employees).
