The singular pro with the company is the remote work

Cons

I can go on for paragraphs... zero growth opportunities, poor management, prioritizes profit for higher ups, single point failure HR team, reduction in stipends, toxic work environment where management thinks it is okay to yell at employees and increases in health benefits.

Stress free position with little management. You are pretty much on an island by yourself which I kind of enjoyed. Flexible hours.

Cons

Disorganized leadership. Low pay compared to other organizations.
