Pros
While at Janus I met some great people and enjoyed the work that I did. My immediate supervisor was great to learn from and I was also able to work remotely - which is probably the biggest plus I can say about Janus.
Cons
If the completely inept upper management could get out of the way this would be a great company. They spend too much money, understand nothing about the artistry of the industry, make rash un-researched decisions, and just generally don't know what they are doing. I watched as they laid off my whole department not long after spending too much on a new office building - my guess is they were banking on future contracts coming through, which never did. If you accept a job at Janus be sure to understand that your future depends on over inflated government budgets being awarded to this company. If those don't come through be polishing your resume because Janus has nothing in reserves to get through the dry times.
