Interesting and meaningful work that kept me engaged. Given freedom to design and implement software in a way the team enjoyed.

Cons

As the pendulum swayed, as it does in government contract space, it was uncertain as to whether or not the work would be there from one quarter to the next.

Upper management doesn't know what they are doing. The gap between Artist/Programmers and upper management is to large. No communication between employees. Money wasted on frivolous needs/wants instead of it's employees and software.
