Management plays favorites and they do not offer raises unless you are one of the said favorites and threaten to leave the company.

Jenkins is employee owned, which is a cool concept. They employ good people and give their project managers a lot of trust and responsibility.

Cons

Jenkins does not give raises. I was promised I would be making between $70k-$80k per year with my commissions/bonuses, but I made well below that even though I did pretty well to hit their desired profit margin goals. After a year, I told them I needed to be making more money because I wasn't making what they promised me, and asked if I could expect a raise to my base salary, and they said they don't give raises.

- pay for what was in the job description is okay

Cons

- management is horrible - work is spotty at best - no recognition for ANY hourly workers while project managers sit on their phones all day and collect. - your contribution to profit made off of work is returned with peanut shells and forget about getting your bonus for recommendations and references. That also goes to the PMs
