Pros

Lots of different work opportunities. In house promotions were often discussed. Encouraging team. Heavily faith based company.

Cons

When workloads are high, 1 person will have to produce an obscene amount of work. It’s a lot of pressure, not just for techs. Everyone got rode hard and put up wet. Heavily faith based company.

Jenkins Cares deeply about its employees and customers. The company is a corporate beast, but each branch operates like a small business. So, you are able to feel very close to your co-workers. They have a desire to promote from within and have a fast growth promotion structure for their employees.

Cons

It is a large company, so at times things do not operate in a way that feels like the company cares because it is a for profit, numbers based corporation. But overall they do care and do a great job showing it.
