The 6 month raise rule is a joke since its only by a small increment of 10 or 15 cents. I've seen older people here who've worked for years and still only get paid a few bucks above min wage. Again, more as a small side job for quick money if anything. Managers really don't seem to care about you and are usually an uptight mess.
