      Pros

      I was a driver so most of my money came through tips. You also got a lot of free food while working. The scheduling was pretty flexible.

      Cons

      At our place they would breathe down your neck. Be prepared to run, run, run on every delivery. You needed to be fast. Overweight people need not apply for driving positions. Your shirt had to be tucked in so that you looked ridiculous.

      No responisbility, easy work, and laid back workers - no work - no play jimmy johns

      Pros

      Easy Work, close to no responsibility, they let you leave early, and people are really laid back. You can talk about usually whever you want to. Mostly young people. You get to see alot of people from the local community. Easy to make freinds with other workers if you are laid back. Sandwiches are easy to make, and easier to wrap.

      Cons

      no opportunity for advancement at lower levels. Managment is sometimes lazy, and doesnt care alot about the training and integration process. You must be comfortable with spending alot of down time with the other employees. Little acknoledgement for good efforts. Cleaning up takes a long time.

      Pros

      It's a job that anyone can get, as long as they can look presentable.

      Cons

      Jimmy expects 20% profit from corporate stores. You have to work a minimum of 8 consecutive hours in order to receive a free sandwich with chips and a drink; otherwise you have to pay for anything you want to eat. Delivery drivers are not compensated very well. Also Jimmy has told his managers to NOT hire "Mexicans because they will throw away the unsliced ham then grab it from the trash after work to take home to feed their families"; and that if they have any Mexicans working for them to fire said Mexicans.
