Fantastic colleagues and lot to learn . Good exposure to best practices especially in marketing and sales. Social Media friendly management which loves advertising and spreading word about their product at any cost,must for any successful business

Cons

Nothing as such apart from some micro-management which is common in start-ups

1. Awesome culture, CEO more concerned about making creating a happy environment to work rather than making money. 2. No politics and drama within the team . No micro-managing and as long as you are good at your job , it is well appreciated. 3. CTO is one of the main developers which I think is the best part. Not a place for developers who can get around with talking and not much coding. You need to be passionate about what you do. 4. Good work life balance, the management encourages you to do something outside work.

Mostly mac machines at work, not a big fan of apple myself

Company has a great product that is head and shoulders above the competition. Company has a great culture with very accessible leadership.

Cons

I bit of a late comer to the US market. If the company were able to keep a full force effort in the US, it would be a great disrupting force in the marketplace.
