Pros

A smart and focused company that attracts the best people - feels like a family (in a good way). Everyone, including leadership team, are extremely approachable. Positive vibe, funny, fun, and a great sense of mission all around. Management supports flexible work arrangement where possible, with more and more employees working remotely. I really love this company.

Cons

A new leadership tier has been introduced over a short period, which brings massive changes all at once - could be challenging for people who seek stability.

Incredibly fun and loose team, great atmosphere, make you feel connected even when you are spread across the globe

Cons

Have yet to find any, I guess if anything meeting times can be a bit late but that is to be expected when you are in Canada and the rest of the company is in Australia
