Pros

1. Awesome culture, CEO more concerned about making creating a happy environment to work rather than making money. 2. No politics and drama within the team . No micro-managing and as long as you are good at your job , it is well appreciated. 3. CTO is one of the main developers which I think is the best part. Not a place for developers who can get around with talking and not much coding. You need to be passionate about what you do. 4. Good work life balance, the management encourages you to do something outside work.

Cons

Mostly mac machines at work, not a big fan of apple myself

Pros

Great work environment. Fun people to be around. Smart people who do not stop innovating, ever! Great product with a great future, its why I came back. Great location to come to work in the Sydney office.

Cons

I have to use a mac :)
