Pros

A massive beer fridge and great outdoor area in the office. Great office location. A lot of talented people.

Cons

Management do not care for their staff at all.. Never felt appreciated. HR is poor at best. The culture of the company is quite toxic and although outwardly there is a great perception, it is very poor inside. They also fire people frequently and without any communication or acknowledgment which makes everyone who works there on edge all the time. Even after probation. You’re not safe

Pros

Decent people across the company Good benefits First 1.5-2 years was amazing for culture and work/life balance but not since (24/25)

Cons

Leadership operates in an echo chamber of “yes-people,” lacking vision, passion, and real customer understanding. Senior hires often have less relevant recruitment experience than junior staff. Decisions are frequently poor, poorly executed, and fail to create meaningful product or strategic impact. Despite being a recruitment-focused company, they have made several problematic hires. High leadership turnover: four CFOs in four years; C-suite and directors often last less than six months. Shift toward overly corporate culture has erased the previously loved start-up vibe. Product quality is declining while competitors advance and surpass them. Sales structure is underdeveloped and heavily dictated by RevOps.

An enjoyable place to work

Pros

The title sums up my experience to date with JobAdder. The office is filled with upbeat and positive people who clearly enjoy coming into work everyday. Colleagues are friends rather than work acquaintances. Keep up the good work!

Cons

On occasion the internal communication can be a bit lacking from management and may feel like staff learn of expected service outages at the same time the client base does. Easily remedied though.
