Pros

Adders care for one another and really care about the customer. These are some of the most talented people I have ever worked with. (I am partly posting this review to encourage more of my fellow Adders to submit their own as feedback really is a gift).

Cons

No material downsides other than navigating time zones between Australia and the UK
