3yHi there - appreciate you taking the time to send through an honest review. Glad you are enjoying the flexibility with our remote first work approach.
I am sorry you don't feel the experience is equitable when comparing with some colleagues who come into Adder HQ. I would encourage you to share your frustrations with our Head of Engineering or People Team depending on how much discretion you prefer. More broadly we are always looking at ways we can connect Adders more effectively and being a distributed workforce, virtual plays a big role in this!
