Pros

Easy, straight forward job. There are opportunities to move up from a scanner. They train you to work in other departments in case you ever want to move around. Raises every 6 months.

Cons

Not enough hours. Doing the exact same thing for 6-8 hours can get extremely boring. Hearing the beeping noise from your scanner and 20 other co-workers can drive you crazy sometimes.

Great pay, great management. All managers are hand-picked from HEB to work there. Very flexible schedule.

Cons

Work is work so come to get to work. You have to interact with customers and they are very rude at times.
