Competitive pay; store staffing on some areas; cheap groceries

Cons

Employee turnover; limited hours with 3 or 4 days off; hard to get on full time; no full time opening positions except for meat cutters; no benefits; store staffing; work center like produce and dairy lack diversity

Good pay, you learn more then 3 positions throughout the store. So if you want extra hours or willing to pick up a shift in a different position you can.

Cons

They don't move you up, you will ask for more hours but they won't give you more hours. Management doesn't really care they are lazy, or hide out in the office all day. They will over work you and expect you to finish what the "TEAM" didn't finish. Which doesn't make since they are there from 4:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Management has their favorites and forget about calling (HR) that's a joke it's self because nothing is ever resolved.
