Pros

Decent compensation package, very good and have opportunities if you willing to move every 2-3 years (and if you you are midwestern white American guy)

Cons

The above. Very homogenous culture, anti-diverse thinking. Give's very little respect for experiences achieved out of Deere.

Pros

Pay and Benefits can be decent depending on where you fall in the pecking order.

Cons

Dollars and cents have become more of a priority than the employees that enable profitability. Lack of Leadership and accountability at leader level. Some of the better benefits that tenured employees have continue to get reduced or removed every year. The John Deere 3 legged stool (employees, customers, and shareholders) is becoming a 1 legged stool that will topple. DEI. Constantly looking to move more jobs to locations of cheaper labor.
