Pros

John Deere has treated me to a great career with many opportunities. It has some amazing people working in the company.

Cons

John Deere is going through some challenges at the moment, with a large reorg into more of a technology company. This has caused a lot of uncertainty and stress that is not having the best of effects on the workforce. It is yet to be seen if this will continue or will turn around.

Pros

Co workers, and nothing much else

Cons

Forced overtime. Go backwards in pay and benefits each contract. Deere is all about what there top executives make and shareholders. They di not care about their enployees and are treated as such. They have instuted a workplace of leading by discipline and threats.
