Pros

Was a. good company with solid pay, decent benefits and good leadership.

Cons

Pay has been eroded significantly over the years compared to inflation. New CEO and outside staff brought in last 5 years. Restructuring, demotions, random terminations, terrible communication and very low morale now.

Pros

Over all the pay and benefits are good for the work at the office level. Bonuses are great, 401k match is the best I've come across and raises are middle of the road.

Cons

Deere can tend to treat people like a number. Often times it feels like there is no real way for the company to reward success or punish poor preformers. It leads to the phrase "it is what it is" coming up an uncomfortable amount. The additude is not the pushing each other to do our best that you would hope for.

Pros

Extremely talented individuals all over that are passionate about their work and always willing to lend a helping hand

Cons

Leadership is taking this company in a new direction that will drive away the loyal customers and employees they've always leaned on through thick and thin
