Pros

Best reason is that they have low standards for their employees. It’s related to the toxic environment though If you have kids, they will let you take off work whenever. However if you don’t have kids then they expect you to do their job for them Free soda at many locations There’s a cafeteria HR is friendly but they will read you a script and not stand up for you

Cons

Lots of politics. Never witnessed so many bad decisions made in my career, all because the more popular person said it versus choosing the best idea Ratings and therefore raises are picked based on politics and will not be a reflection of impact or a well done job Employees have to pay for food and snacks in the cafeteria It’s so toxic I can’t explain it

Pros

Buy 9 hats, get the 10th free

Cons

Employees are not important to this company. The culture has changed significantly for the worse since the current ceo took over. I would not recommend this employer to any friends or family.
