Pros

Pay benefits and job security are the best in the area.

Cons

Takes an unbelievable amount of time and resources to get something simple done. Tons of meetings, a lot of which don't have clear agenda. Lots of politics and ladder climbers.incompetent guys with advanced degrees succeed not guys who are highly capable. This is the 3rd large company I have worked for as an engineer and hands down the worst. It is considered a highly ethical company however my manager has put me in several unethical situations. My experience had been an absolute nightmare. Wish I would have never accepted a position.

Pros

Coworkers are more like family. I’ve had some amazing managers and mentors. Benefits are decent.

Cons

C-Suite has decimated the culture, morale and productivity with a TWO month rollout for salary headcount cuts. As employees we understand we work in a cyclical industry, and that cuts to headcount may be inevitable. This is more about the HOW this has been rolled out. You have EVERY single employee- outside of C-Suite - wondering if and when our turn at the gallows may come. TWO months of anxiety, fear, rumors and sleepless nights.

Pros

I love that I have an opportunity to work with such wonderful people that help bring out the best in me. I work on challenging projects that help me grow and this role has helped me travel all across the world

Cons

Looking at our 5 core values, I honestly cannot find an executive that has any of those 5. The push for leadership is to only bring in the cheapest suppliers. They don’t care at all about quality or innovation as long as it will make the company more profitable. They continue to do stock buy backs to make sure shareholders are taken care of, while screwing over employees and customers
