Pros

Great work life balance. Great opportunities for growth. Managers genuinely care about their employees. Leader in their industry. Team enviornment.

Cons

John May is a terrible CEO. Slow pace of development. Locations are absolutely terrible. A few new offices have appeared for specific IT roles in Chicago and Austin, but otherwise you're most likely in Iowa. There is not a lot of ethnic diversity at facilities in the US.
